Thank you for supporting our small, Canadian handcrafted business. We pour care into each unique pendant made from repurposed porcelain. To keep our operations simple and sustainable, we have a straightforward policy.
Our Core Policy: All Final Sale
All sales of our handcrafted pendants are final sale once the item has been shipped. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind after shipment.
Order Changes & Pre-Shipment Refunds
We understand mistakes happen. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at StudioL.Message@gmail.com. We can only accommodate these requests if we have not yet prepared your order for shipment. In such cases, we are happy to issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We package every pendant with great care. If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect (you received the wrong item), you must contact us at StudioL.Message@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect/damaged item.
In-Person Market Sales
All sales made in person at markets, fairs, or events are final sale at the time of purchase.
