Thank you for your interest in our handcrafted porcelain pendant jewelry! This policy outlines all the details regarding shipping for orders placed at Art By Studio L.

1. Shipping Region & Carrier
We are proud to craft and ship our jewelry within Canada only. All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking included.

2. Processing Time
Please note that each pendant is handcrafted, has a chain added, and placed in a black embossed gift box.  Normally we post every order the next business day. However, should a delay occur, we will email the customer as soon as possible.  

3. Shipping Costs, Speed & Delivery

  • Shipping Cost: We charge a flat rate of $9.99 CAD for all orders shipped within Canada.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-9 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by Canada Post and can vary, especially during peak seasons or due to regional remoteness.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Canada Post tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey on the Canada Post website.

4. In-Person Market Sales
We also sell in person at local markets and events. For these sales, local delivery or pickup options may be available at the event. Please inquire with us directly at the market for details. 

5. Things Beyond Our Control
We package every pendant with great care to ensure it arrives safely. However, we are not responsible for delays once the package is in the possession of Canada Post, or for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. We are also not liable for any import/customs fees, as we do not ship internationally.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping will be subject to an additional shipping fee.
