This one got the whole scene in miniature. A tree trunk running up through the centre of the fragment, solid and brown, with pink blossom crowding in from above. Below it, the suggestion of a path, pale and open, leading somewhere. A little sky at the top. A little green at the bottom. It's not a detail from the pattern. It's a whole landscape, just smaller.

The silver frame is a tall rounded rectangle, hand-formed wire with a neat wrap at the top. It holds the fragment like a small window. Which is exactly what it is.
