Butterfly Gold Round, The Two of Them, Silver

Two butterflies, one larger and one smaller, gold on white, the bigger one almost filling the top half of the circle, the smaller one tucked just below and to the right. A stem curls up between them, with a single teardrop leaf at the tip. A scattering of small gold dots completes the composition, quiet and deliberate. The whole thing reads as a pair. Something about it feels companionable.
