Dogwood Oval, The Shaded Bloom, Silver

The petals here are softer, more shadowed, white fading into grey at the edges the way dogwood does in dappled light. The yellow centre anchors it. Deep green leaves push in from behind, and a wash of pale yellow shows through at the base. The same flower as all the others, but caught in a quieter moment.
