Haworth Oval, The Full Cluster, Gold

A cluster of white blooms, fully open and close together.

This fragment caught Haworth at its most giving. Two flowers fill the frame, petals wide and overlapping, yellow stamens at their centres, a scatter of tiny rose-pink details at the edges where the pattern shows its finest work. A bud and soft leaves sit above, the dusky green and brown of them a quiet contrast to all that white below. The gold frame is slim and clean, letting the china do what it does best.
