Knotty Pine Earrings, One Cone on the Branch, Gold

A single pine cone sits at the centre of each frame, a branch curving beneath it, needle fronds reaching out to either side. The wood grain fills the background in warm amber, the knot of the tree visible just behind. More white ground here than the first pair, the composition a little looser, a little lighter. The lever back closure sits flush and neat against the gold frame.
