A butterfly, wings open, purple and gold against the white ground. The upper wings reach in deep violet, the lower wings broad and golden, spotted like something that just arrived from somewhere warm. A fine green body at the centre holds it all together. Delicate without being fussy. The round silver frame lets it land exactly as it should.
Set in a hypoallergenic aluminum frame finished in silver, with a hand-formed wire bale at the top. Comes with an 18" silver chain. $44 CAD.
