Collection: Old Country Roses

Over 150 million pieces sold since 1962. The best-selling fine china pattern in the world. Those are not small numbers, and they don't happen by accident.

Harold Holdcroft designed Old Country Roses after thirty years as Royal Albert's art director. He knew exactly what he wanted. Richness and softness together. Deep red roses, warm peach blooms, blush pink buds, rich green foliage, and 22-carat gold at the rim on the classic Montrose shape. Full and generous and completely unapologetic about it. It sold immediately. It saved Royal Albert.

This pattern is personal to us. It's the CEO's mother's china. The set she chose, the one that comes out for the occasions that matter. When a piece cracked, it didn't get thrown away. It became something else. That's the whole story, really.

A fragment of Old Country Roses carries every bit of that with it. The roses. The gold. The table it used to sit on. If you have a piece with a story behind it, you know where to find us. Or browse the collection and see if one of ours is ready to start a new chapter with you.
